Since November 01, 2022 Lothar Petri is the new Commercial Director Industrial at IVOSTUD
He is no stranger to the world of welding technology and to IVOSTUD.
Following divisional management positions at leading welding technology companies, Petri had already successfully led the General Stud Welding division at the company from which IVOSTUD emerged. “At IVOSTUD, I am once again working as part of a team with experts and colleagues who have embodied “Original Stud Welding” for decades. When I was offered this task, I did not hesitate for a moment.“
Petri initially sees the focus of his activities in the account integration of the business unit for industrial stud welding, which was only recently acquired from the OBO Bettermann Group, into the IVOSTUD sales organization. Later, the focus will shift to business development of welding studs in all industries and regions.The vision of being able to offer customers efficient and smart solutions in all processes of stud welding technology, especially in automation, is now real. “I am looking forward to the task ahead and to many interesting projects.”
